DELIVERY METHODS

  • In Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania we deliver orders to Omniva parcel terminals.
  • Pick up the order from our office in Pärnu mnt 144, 5th floor, Tallinn
  • In Finland we deliver order with Omniva courier.
  • FREE delivery to parcel terminal for orders over 50€.

DELIVERY COST

  • Delivery to Omniva parcel terminals in Estonia cost 2,95€.
  • Delivery to Omniva parcel terminals in Latvia and Lithuania cost 4,95€.
  • Delivery to Finland with Omniva courier cost 9,95€

DELIVERY TIME

  • Delivery to Estonia takes 2-5 working days.
  • Delivery to Latvia and Lithuania takes 2-5 working days.
  • Delivery to Finland takes 3-7 working days.

DISPATCHED ORDER

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an automatic e-mail to confirm that it's on the way with an approximate delivery time frame. If your order has been sent on a tracked service the e-mail will include reference details and a link to the courier website. You may not get any tracking information on the courier's website until the following working day after dispatch.

Orders from the Teamsport.ee warehouses will be sent out from Monday - Friday. Purchases after 11 AM or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day. From the next working day after that you will be able to track it on the courier's website.

TRACKING MY DELIVERY

When your order is dispatched you are sent an e-mail to confirm that it's on its way to you. Included in this e-mail is your tracking number and details of how to track your order depending on which courier has been used.

If your delivery has been sent via Omniva courier service:

  • Please enter your 13 Digit reference number in the 'Track Post' box on the Track-trace.com website (http://www.track-trace.com/post). The status of your order will then be shown. If you did not receive a notification, you will need to contact your national post customer service. Your national post will hold your order for up to 14 days before returning it to us.

PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT

We do apologize if the carrier did not deliver your order correctly and in good condition. If you did not receive your order, we ask that you check around your property, in your mailbox, and with your neighbors to make sure that the order is not at your location. If the item is still not found and you are certain that the item was not delivered or if your item arrived damaged, please contact our customer service at info@teamsport.ee. We will file a claim with the carrier, which will take up to 10 working days. We will repair, replace or refund your purchase as efficiently as possible.

ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE WITHIN EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

If your parcel doesn't arrive within expected delivery time then firstly we suggest you to track your delivery to get more information about it. If tracking information hasn't changed for a while then please get in touch with our Customer Service Team via e-mail info@teamsport.ee We will contact with the courier to get more detailed information about your parcel delivery. We thank you for your patience if you do experience any delays and we will help you to solve this problem ASAP.
